DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They have bad business practices. The only time she communicated well with me was to request payments. I paid with no problem. She was not forgiving at all when I asked to come early because my decorator had a death in her family. I had my party here. Loved the fact that there were plenty of space. Hated not having a kitchen! Buyer Beware: Please look on BBB website. If I did, I wouldn't be dealing with this issue right now! I booked a 50th Birthday Party for my husband. I was given a contract and told I would need to pay a $300 refundable deposit. Upon booking, I was told I had to remove all trash and decorations which I was okay with. I came here for a surprise party and was not disappointed! From the location to the set up everything was immaculate. She was very accommodating and her prices were beyond fair. Her attention to every little detail was what really sold me. She took my vision and made it a reality! There was nothing she couldn’t do when it came to my requests. A professional through and through. Thank you so much for making my boyfriends party a success!!!
This venue reached out to me via a third party search for small wedding venues. Set my appointment to see the venue and confirmed through text for the time frame. Drove nearly an hour for the set appointment time and confirmed yet again (because it was rush hour and we were 6 min behind) through text that we were meeting.
