Closed on our house September 27th 2019 letts and Demery was supposed to come out on the 30th they never showed i called them and emailed them and asked them when they was coming out the women who we spoke with and Chris was full of excuses we just called them today to see if they was still coming out well since the bank already released the check to them they got there money and ant showing i do not i repeat do not use these people rude hateful and irresponsible so unprofessional
100% Professional. My family and I will be Customers for life. They came out late (after 10 PM ) and had our water pump fixed by just after 11 PM on the friday night before Memorial Day. Instead of calling it a day when most would have, they made sure we were taken care of first.
