Where do I begin. Hilda was rude, indifferent, and unapologetic. I had an appointment at 1p, got there twenty minutes earlier just to be sure I was there on time. When I stepped into the place, the guy at the front asked for my name and appointment time, I said 1p and told him my name. He directed me towards the seating area and told me to wait, that the person who would be helping me would be available soon.
