Vanessa is so great! If your chain ever falls off she’ll put it back on for free & she is so personable and affordable !! She’s even great with kids jewelry! I’ve recommended her to so many people!
She was so kind and great with communication! I came to get a bracelet I had done elsewhere, fixed. She almost wasn’t able to do it due to a sizing issue with the connection ring thingy (not her fault at all), but she figured it out and I haven’t had any problems since!
Let me say, I am SO glad that I had the experience I did today! She was very knowledgeable and answered all the crazy questions I had with grace. The jewelry she had was beautiful, so many options! Visit her for your permanent jewelry needs, she'll make it great!! 🤗
