She was so kind and great with communication! I came to get a bracelet I had done elsewhere, fixed. She almost wasn’t able to do it due to a sizing issue with the connection ring thingy (not her fault at all), but she figured it out and I haven’t had any problems since!

My husband and I came to Mesa from the west valley and we found Lets Link Permanent Jewelry after another business was unable to fulfill our appointment. Luisa was very friendly, accommodating and professional. She was able to get us in last minute and super patient helping us pick out what we wanted. 10/10 recommend if you are looking to get permanent jewelry. Also great pricing!!
