I can’t say enough great things about this children’s therapy center!! I have brought 2 of my daughters here for physical therapy and have seen lasting results! We are so grateful. The staff is excellent at working with children gently while making it incredibly fun for them! The center is extensive with multiple rooms, toys, jungle gyms, workout equipment, swings, climbing walls and games… all to equip children for a better quality of life! I’m writing to formally express my concerns about the unprofessional service at your front desk. During my recent visit, the front desk staff were openly talking and joking inappropriately while being on their phones, showing a clear lack of attention and professionalism. Despite arriving an hour early for our appointment, we were not acknowledged, nor was our appointment time confirmed. No one communicated how long the wait would be, which added to our frustration.
