I honestly cannot thank Courtney enough. After another company cancelled my order on the morning of a birthday delivery, I messaged her absolutely stressed out. She had limited stock of everything & was technically closed for Jan - yet she still opened her shop, brainstormed options, customised a hamper, sent photos, and made it all happen.
