I’ve been coming here for a while because it’s close to my house, but the service has really declined. On multiple visits, Lucy ignored the colors I asked for and chose something else, even though I’ve worn the same shades for years at another salon. She (and other techs) also leave a large gap near the cuticle so nails look grown out within days, and my dip manicures have been bumpy and uneven.
