I make a next day delivery order before noon the day before. And it's always great and tasty when I get it the next day. Customer service is great by phone and in person. So when I go home to visit, 2 places I visit first. 1st is Let's Get Poppin then White Castle. LOL

Even though their popcorn is good, they have a lot to learn about customer service and customer satisfaction. I had a friend purchase popcorn for a friends birthday and had it shipped. She paid over $50 just for shipping and about $300 for the popcorn, the popcorn did not arrive 2nd-day air as she paid the $50 for and when asked to get back the difference of regular shipping and next day air shipping which was about $40, they refused to do so. Now, Let's get Poppin just lost a good customer over $40. This was a sad situation... read more
