Super friendly crew, I enjoyed working with them during my move! After the move though, I’m paying for damages they caused to my walls in the old place, they put my bed together incorrectly, and they broke a few items, including my favourite lamps that I told them I’d move in my car but they put in the truck anyway. I won’t be back.
Careful, they charge you a ridiculous amount of time for transit to and from their office, which apparently isn’t on Tennyson but is at 4402 westshore. Both my addresses were a 10 min drive from their Tennyson office but I was charged 1.5 hours extra for transit time because apparently they drive in from langford, which they don’t tell you about initially, only on the day of. Seems ridiculous to me that they would drive such a long distance when there’s an office that’s closer by but I guess that’s how they make their money.... read more
Best movers ever! Had a great experience with this moving company
I would use them again, quick and safe.
Horrible experience ! 1- Sales guy was chasing me throughout the booking process, but on the day of moving, when the truck didnt arrive on time, no response on calls/emails 2- Truck was 2 hours late, and it was a huge truck, difficult to park. 3- I was assured that the job would be done in 2-3 hours ( as its an hourly thing ) , its took 7 hours !!!
