Frankly pathetic. We called for the removal of one couch that me and my 5'0 girlfriend got up onto the fourth floor of our apartment in about 10 minutes, they sent over two big men who struggled to comprehend how to load it into the elevator and then sat on their phones while a third man "jogged over" they then spent the next 20 minutes banging every single wall and corner taking the stairway causing us to miss the closing time of the store we were returning the couch to, I would personally be embarrassed if I was a mover an... read more
super. On time and made the moving hassle free. Quick and conscientious.
Super friendly crew, I enjoyed working with them during my move! After the move though, I’m paying for damages they caused to my walls in the old place, they put my bed together incorrectly, and they broke a few items, including my favourite lamps that I told them I’d move in my car but they put in the truck anyway. I won’t be back.
Careful, they charge you a ridiculous amount of time for transit to and from their office, which apparently isn’t on Tennyson but is at 4402 westshore. Both my addresses were a 10 min drive from their Tennyson office but I was charged 1.5 hours extra for transit time because apparently they drive in from langford, which they don’t tell you about initially, only on the day of. Seems ridiculous to me that they would drive such a long distance when there’s an office that’s closer by but I guess that’s how they make their money.... read more
