Don't use these guys at all. They're incredibly unprofessional, don't listen to basic instructions and completely ignore what was discussed on the phone. I had asked for packers only and told them explicitly that bringing a truck would mean parking issues. Not only were they 3 HOURS late from the END time they said, they brought a goddamn truck. I used Let’s Get Moving, Markham for my move in April 2026. It was not a good experience. My belongings were left unattended for a lengthy period of time on my condo building’s loading dock and somehow some of my boxes were lost. I have given the company numerous chances to get back to me after I notified them ( numerous times)of the missing items. I made the mistake of giving these people my information and get a free quote and now I'm being harassed via calls, SMS, and emails every day. They even call me after 10 PM. Classic Scammer behavior. Stay away from these people!
Very polite, courteous. Unfortunately an expensive piece of furniture was damaged, and a computer monitor was scratched all over. Let's Get Moving is misleading about insurance/damage claims, refused to approve my claim (even with photos of the damage) and won't pay for repairs, which will be around $500, plus whatever a monitor goes for these days.
