My experience with Let’s Get Moving Austin was a complete nightmare. The owner, Colin, assured me that my belongings would be taken care of. My biggest concern was my washer and dryer, along with the rest of my furniture. The move was scheduled between 2:00–4:00 p.m., but the movers wanted to arrive early because they had finished another job ahead of schedule. Absolutely great experience! JR and Jesse were incredible, kind, and super helpful! They took amazing care of all my furniture, made sure everything was wrapped well and protected. They made my move go super smooth and stress free! I would highly recommend this company for your move. From booking the move to unloading everything into my new place, it was an exceptional experience!

Shelby and Alvin showed up for our move on time from Let's Get Moving. They made an efficient plan and set about executing a flawless move. They were friendly, and careful with our stuff, wrapping fragile items like my Great Aunt's 150 year old fern stands. Nothing was broken during our move which was a first for us! I appreciated the kind way they spoke to us and to each other. They've got a great crew over at Let's Get Moving! Thank you for abgreat experience!

Update after settling in and finding some items damaged after the move. Alvin and Jesse were fast and efficient. I just think more care and attention was needed to delicate or big items. They also didn’t use floor mats and scrapped up the floor at the apt complex we were moving out of and dinged a wall at our new place. Our bed frame was damaged at the corners but lucky we had warranty on the item still. The insurance they offer is only .60 a pound or you pay extra for $10 a pound.
