I chose this company based on reviews and locality and unfortunately received a far from satisfactory experience. We encountered multiple issues including not passing on arrival time and entry instructions, not wrapping/protecting items (including my baby's mattress), refusing to help move/disassemble items, leaving boxes out in the rain, not showing invoice breakdown before payment etc. Customer service proactively asked for feedback, which was required within 2 weeks of the move, and then didn't respond for nearly a month ... read more
We had a wonderful experience with Paras and Sumit today! They were extremely polite, efficient, honest, and so easy to work with. They made moving from our condo to our new home feel so smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them! 😊
Huge shoutout to the team from Let's Get Moving! These guys were absolute efficiency machines…they cleared out my entire studio apartment in less than an hour. They handled my furniture and boxes with care, and despite a fast-paced city move, everything arrived safely at my new place. Highly recommend if you want a reliable crew that doesn't waste any time!
Manpreet and Amandeep did a wonderful job. Service was timely, communication was present throughout, and they did not hesitate to make adjustments when asked.
Was easy to book them but as soon as you need reach their service line to make any modifications, it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Movers arrived late, after giving me 30 minutes notice they came after an hour because they “needed to stop somewhere”. They moved incredibly slow, I didn’t have a lot to move - was quoted 3-4h on the phone but ended up taking 5h, and only because I refused assembly service and sent them back.
