She's been our PCP for several years and has been great to everyone in our family and always been an excellent doctor
Great physician and office staff. You do wait quite a bit before being put into a room and to be seen by the doctor, which is always my only complaint. Dr. Winkfield takes her time with each patient and is truly knowledgeable. She has amazing bedside manner and develops a relationship with each patient. She is very blunt and does not sugar-coat things, which is something I appreciate because your health should be taken seriously. If you get the chance to see her, I highly recommend her.
It is nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone and when someone did answer she made me regret every calling. Very rude and unfriendly receptionist and a terrible representative for a Christian doctor that seems to be very kind from what I saw of her videos.
Dr. Winkfield is very attentive and staff is friendly. My biggest issue and complaint is the wait time. As a walk-in I waited over 3 hours, over an hour I was in a room waiting and never got attended to. I had to leave so I got up and left. Even when I had an appointment I waited nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment time. That is my only complaint about visiting.
