I reached out to John McMullin with a legal question right before the holidays, fully expecting it might take a while to hear back. To my surprise, he responded quickly with clear and helpful advice, even while busy wrapping things up for the season. His promptness and professionalism were greatly appreciated and I feel really shows his dedication to his clients.
After taking a HUGE amount of money from a single Teenage mom... Adam suddenly doesn't have the time to represent my daughter any longer and never resolved the case after a year plus in court ... He just took the money and ran. Absolutely disgusting behavior . I Do not recommend anyone at this Lawfirm ESPECIALLY ADAM if this is how they do buisness and treat there clients. I can’t say enough good things about Bradley. This was my first time ever personally dealing with a lawyer, and he was so great to deal with and talk to. He was able to explain everything to me in ways that I understood (non-lawyer language haha) and explained all my options and avenues pertaining to my situation and what would benefit me most. Called to get legal services. The person taking the call had no clue. Booked me with B.B today but of course, the information passed on to him was the incorrect one and now have to pass me on to the real estate lawyer. Had to wait forever on the phone. Poor experience. You need to train your front office staff and paralegal to listen carefully.
Spencer and Jacenta are absolutely amazing. I went to them for my mortgage refinancing legal documents and they were on the ball. They worked quick to get me in and everything signed. They have excellent communication, which makes the process easier. I've used this firm in the past as well and always have a great experience.
