I tried this place with a friend and was VERY impressed by how neat, clean and open it is. I like that the staff will talk to you if you want, but don't sit there and talk about you in a different language while they are working on you. I LOVE the lights with the sun-catcher crystals! They are mid-range on pricing, but worth it. I also just started getting my brows waxed here and don't have any complaints.
The establishment was very neat, clean, and well decorated. However it was very warm in the waiting room area. The staff was friendly and was able to service me quickly. However the woman who waxed my eyebrows was not very experienced with working with individuals with non uniform eyebrows. I feel like she just cleaned the eyebrows up and did not shape them very them. I feel like I wasted my money.
