It is useless to schedule appointments, I waited for more than 2 hours and they did not attend me, it is the worst service. El peor servicio , no sirve de nada hacer citas, espere por más de 2 horas y no me atendieron , pésima clinica

Worthless dentist in Smyrna every don’t go to this dentist everyone the lady on the front desk is so unhelpful and they don’t do a good work

I called Sunday July 19,2020 around 4:30 because I had a couple questions and concerns about my teeth, and I had asked my very first question and the African lady who answered the phone was rude as hell didnt even bother to hear me out and just kept saying no and hung up the phone! Super unprofessional! Listen to the reviews people!!! Do not give these people your business! Front desk makes people not want to go their and get serviced! They have to hire a new receptionist because that lady is making the doctor lose clients!

If I could give a zero star i would. This is by far the most unprofessional dentist office i have ever come across. I called to make an appointment and the front desk (African) lady told me to come in the next day which was a "walk in" day. I was in great pain and I told her that my pain level was above 10. 30mins later she told me that a room was being prepared for me.
