FYI to cat parents: they scruff here, relentlessly Vet tech scruffed my 8 year old cat to pick him up. He has never needed to be scruffed, we took him to the VEG twice and he was perfectly calm and relaxed. This place completely stressed him out when it was not necessary! Their “scruff” was grabbing basically the entire back of his neck and holding him down. He cried while they tried to examine him. Great pet hospital. Staff is always nice, their prices are fair and they go above and beyond to help.
I am beyond enraged, heartbroken, and utterly disgusted by the gross negligence and appalling lack of care displayed by Burbank Pet Hospital. I trusted them with my dog’s remains, and they completely shattered my family’s heart with their recklessness. This is not just an error—this is incompetence and cruelty at its worst.
