They took 5 hours to load! When I ask the forklift guy for the reason of this delay He said he has to take a break!!! The break is 30 min and He took 2 hours break.
Can't even get a machine to answer phone to verify appointment
Yep, look at reviews, im at 4 hours so far, and still being loaded. Be prepared to spend half a day here, not worth it.
DRIVERS AVOID AVOID AVOID- 6hrs loading at this facility. I arrived at 1055a on a 12p appointment. They docked me immediately upon arrival but didn’t actually start loading until around 1220p. Finally loaded and paperwork in hand by 1800. I asked what took so long and was told they had to “FLIP” the product meaning the product was already loaded on certain types of pallets but had to be taken off each one of those pallets and loaded onto a different type of pallet per their customer.
