I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this facility during a pickup. Upon arrival at the Lethbridge Truck Terminal, I parked my truck in the yard and checked in at the warehouse office. After providing my pickup number, a warehouse employee with a long beard asked where my truck was parked. When I told him it was in the yard, he instructed me to move it and park on the road outside. One of their shipper is so annoying he refuses to load trailer giving stupid reasons i don't know why they don't kick him out
