I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this facility during a pickup. Upon arrival at the Lethbridge Truck Terminal, I parked my truck in the yard and checked in at the warehouse office. After providing my pickup number, a warehouse employee with a long beard asked where my truck was parked. When I told him it was in the yard, he instructed me to move it and park on the road outside. Shipper(long beard guy) is very rude. If you don’t like your job just quit its easy!! Don’t be rude to everybody who comes to pickup a load.. learn to respect or get a obedient training!!
One of their shipper is so annoying he refuses to load trailer giving stupid reasons i don't know why they don't kick him out

Very friendly and professional people for the most part.....had a nice time cross loading 2 trailers, Rob did his part that's for sure. Too bad the big dude in orange with the long blond beard can't be friendly with people. I'm not a snowflake, but I stepped out of my truck, and he very rudely demanded I wear a safety vest, or get of the property. I myself am part of a customer service team along with my job, and know that kind of behavior is bad for business. But otherwise very nice people!
