As a truck driver. I got a cab and I got out of the cab within 5 mins and walked back to were they picked me up. No patience for a train. Then make a u turn in heavy traffic. Hard breaking. And just no care for other traffic. Would not recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with LB Cab. I was charged $30 for a very short ride from Home Depot to the Hampton Inn in Lethbridge—a distance that should have cost far less. There was no traffic, no extra stops, and no explanation for the inflated fare. This feels like price gouging, especially for such a short trip. I won’t be using their service again and would not recommend them to others unless they want to be overcharged without justification.
Didn't personally get a ride from this company but watched as a driver yelled at this poor woman outside of one of their taxis and the woman was in tears, it was honestly scary at the amount of anger this man displayed. I called the company to let them know and they went into telling me about this woman's medical issues and how she caused damage to the vehicle. I understand it was the customers fault and the inconvenience the driver now has to fix the damage done but to yell at someone to the extent the driver did while this... read more
