I had a very disappointing experience with LB Cab. I was charged $30 for a very short ride from Home Depot to the Hampton Inn in Lethbridge—a distance that should have cost far less. There was no traffic, no extra stops, and no explanation for the inflated fare. This feels like price gouging, especially for such a short trip. I won’t be using their service again and would not recommend them to others unless they want to be overcharged without justification.
Didn't personally get a ride from this company but watched as a driver yelled at this poor woman outside of one of their taxis and the woman was in tears, it was honestly scary at the amount of anger this man displayed. I called the company to let them know and they went into telling me about this woman's medical issues and how she caused damage to the vehicle. Anusan WAS the best driver ove ever had the pleasure of riding with! He was early, helped with all our luggage ,super friendly and polite! He was a very good driver which made me and my wife feel very safe with. Thank you Sir I hope we get to see you again next time!!
