Got all the way down there from Coaldale and didn't even help me....
This is the most upsetting system. Just get sent around in circles. Benefits put on hold every month, making handicap people panic about whether rent will be paid. They say they’ve emailed to let you know but they absolutely have not. They don’t answer the phones just cut you off if it’s busy. They talk to you like you’re scum and a nuisance.
