Never answers phones
Staff are unprofessional, disrespectful and completely useless. They can't put information into your file they can't do nothing. Calling is a waste of time as they just always hang up on you or you're hold for over an hour for them to tell you that you have to go into the office. And then when you go into the office, they tell you, you have to call. There's no individual workers, just one or two workers for everyone that again can't do anything.
