I have used this company since since 2022. Their technicians are extremely friendly polite and knowledgeable however their office customer service is atrocious. They have their technicians enforce payment but technicians cannot collect payments you have to call the office to make the payment in front of the technician before they can do work. They don't collect payment every month just when the bill gets "too high" they say "oh we need a payment" again all this is done through the technician and your service slip and payment... read more
I asked them to exterminate the Indian Meal Moth as seen in the attached photos and Lethal refused to exterminate them. They said that they do not treat this moth because its not their specialty, they are hard to get rid of, and they sometimes come back. Without seeing it they said it was the Webbed Clothing Moth. They said I had to dry clean all my clothes. I said it made no sense since the moth was in the house when I moved in, and the house was empty. I am contracted for moquito control. On 9/14, their technician showed up, sat in his truck for 10 minutes, and left. We were still charged despite no work being done. The receipt left behind said they applied chemicals, but they did no work. If you decide to use this company, ensure that you watch them closely. I got ripped off, don't let it happen to you.

The worst service I have ever seen. Signed a contract just so they could get your money. I will never use or recommend this service to anyone
