Their customer service will make you cringe. On 01/27/2022 I called their compounding department to get more details on ingredients, BUD studies with antimicrobial effectiveness testing per USP 51 for their bases. Not only they were not able to respond, but they became defensive and had to remind me that if I do not order, they will not be able to provide me with any "compounding support". BUYER BEWARE! GOT A DEFECTIVE MACHINE, (UNGUATOR PRO), I WENT BACK AND FORTH FOR THREE MONTHS BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW. KEPT HEARING EXCUSES AND PREMISSES FROM MANAGEMENT (WYN) AND SALES PERSON (ADAM DAVIS) BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANY OF WHAT THEY PROMISED OR SUPPOSE TO DO.
