No waiting for appt time. Car was taken right in for repairs. Work was done in a timely manner. Radio, mirrors, and seat were not required to be readjusted like most shops after service. Good attitude by the whole staff.
Amazing and well priced to put in a used transmission. Turn around time was very quick.

This was my first visit to Letcher Brothers and I found the service to be prompt and courteous. Car was completed on time with no "surprise" charges. I will use them again for the next service.

My impression is that this shop has strong ethical standards and will give you an honest assessment regarding your car. They installed a new transmission and it's working great.

Mike was very accommodating on getting my car brakes done on the same day I've called since the online appointment requires two days ahead. The brakes were done in the afternoon with enough time to get my car tires replaced across the street.
Thank you for your kindness and excellent service. Everyone was kind and very helpful, from the servicemen to the driver.
I always get excellent service here and never feel like I'm being taken advantage of for my lack of automobile mechanic knowledge!
