We bought a dozen cupcakes from Let Them Eat Cake through Groupon. A dozen is normally $36 but got them for half that. My wife had the red velvet cupcake but she found it dry. She also had the boston cream and found it too lemony. I had better luck. I had the the oreo and enjoyed it. It was well constructed with a second Oreo inside. Right next door to the la quinta i was staying at. Got a cupcake just to try it out, was pretty good and fluffy. Not to expensive

I'm not from Phoenix (San Francisco is my town), but recently I was in need of a great bakery - ideally with a boutique touch, for a conference event. Barbara delivered on time 48 perfect chocolate mini cupcakes (with sugary pixie dust-- too cute) to the conference center, and was able to customize the frosting to exactly match the color swatch I emailed her. We recently ordered a small cake and about 40 cupcakes for our wedding. We had multiple cupcake tastings in the Phoenix area, and Let Them Eat Cake had our favorite cake. Barbara worked with us to create the design we wanted, and the end result was even better than we'd imagined. Everyone was talking about how delicious the cupcakes were, and the small 'moon' cake on the top was beautiful and whimsical at the same time. I am so impressed with this place. We were hoping to pick up a few cupcakes for an impromptu Birthday Party and happened to be in the neighborhood. It turns out the we were there almost an hour after closing and they were so kind to open their doors and allow us to pick up the most delicious cupcakes! I highly recommend the lemon one with raspberry filling, but every single one that we purchased was extraordinary.

I had a few different people that were retired wedding photographers tell me that out of all the weddings they've been too, my cake was the most beautiful, unique, different, original and amazing looking cake they have ever laid eyes on! We also thought it tasted amazing and was so moist and tasty.

You and your staff made us a wedding cake for our wedding and I just wanted to say that you completely went above and beyond what we were hoping for in our cake! It was the coolest cake I've ever seen! I can't even begin to tell you how many people absolutely loved our cake and were lining up taking pictures of it. It was for sure the highlight.

I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on our wedding cake, not only the look of it but the amazing taste. Everyone keeps saying "usually wedding cakes only look pretty then taste bad," but this was the most delicious cake they've ever had! Thank you!
