You book on line, pay on line and receive reminders before each visit, 1 to confirm appointment and another to tell you the exact time. Not once have they shown up late or changed my date of service. My apartment looks great and Teresa, Haytee and Dilcia were fantastic! They were very considerate of the fact that I have a dog and asked me before vacuuming so that I could take him outside. Overall great experience!
