5 Star : Likely to Recommend I’m not from West Virginia and was passing through Charleston when I was hit. The father of the girl who hit me said I should plan on 3 or 4 months before I would see my car. Lucky for me my insurance company suggested I take my car to you and I had my car back within a month. 5 Star : Repair Quality My car was brand new when I was hit and it was like new when they finished. 5 Star : Customer Service Bobbi Jo and Bob were both very helpful and on top of things the whole time my car was there.

0 Star : My Experience I am extremely satisfied with the work that was preformed on my F150. I hate to write this but my issue is that upon inspection of the truck with two area of minor damage were discovered that had not be addressed. Bob was attentive and genuinely apologetic (seems to be a great guy). Additionally after retuning home I discovered a third problem not repaired even though I had originally pointed all of them out when the truck was dropped off for the repairs.
