The entire process of meeting with Dr. Bowser ahead of time, having the staff available to explain everything to come, answer questions and prepare me for the procedure was comforting and reassuring. Therefore, the prep (in my case two days) was no problem. Dr. Bowser is a very calm, upbeat person who put me at ease the day of the colonoscopy. The anesthesiologist and the nurses were superb, confident and warm. It was over before I knew it and I would highly recommend Medstar Health for any such procedure.
