The lady at the front desk was rude when I came in. The first thing she said was "Do you have an appointment". I said Good morning & yes. She said " What time is your appointment & what's your name?" I again said "Good morning ." She just looked at me. I gave her my name & appointment time & then I just looked at her & said, " I thought that when you walk into an establishment like this, the first thing coming in the door the front desk says is Good Morning and how may I help you?"
