Had minor issue at first but was fixed and I’m beyond happy, i had some issues with my plates and such but after getting in touch with ed who is in charge of sales, Tommy who is the GM and Jorge the Finace manager, my whole experience changed, these gentleman are top tier honest guys who genuinely wanted to make the issues i experienced better because they care about the customer and doing right by them. If I had to recommend anything, it would be do your research and deal with the transaction yourself and avoid going to a dealership at all. Stop letting these dealerships get away with ripping you off left and right. That being said, I’m giving a 1-star rating for this dealership specifically for the lack of and poor communication. Every time I call with an issue, I get rerouted to somebody else, almost as if they are constantly pushing the problem off to somebody else. Each time, I am told something different.
