My experience at Lester Glenn was perfect! The service dept handled my needs in a timely and cost effective manner. Olivia was experienced and fun to chat with. My experience with the salesman, Chris was exceptional. He was/is a caring, honest guy who spent an exceptional amount of time and energy with me. The finance guy and floor manager also deserved five stars!! Great experience all around!
The internet sales lady Haley completely lied to me not only in an email, but over the phone too. She quoted me a price for a Sport when I specifically asked about a Mojave. I spent $101 on an Uber as I'm not from the area, but was so certain I'd be driving home in a new car. The sales manager came back with a price doubled of what I was quoted. Then couldn't even match a competitor closer to my house. I wasted 3 hours of my time and $200 in Ubers. Then they lied again saying I'd be reimbursed for the Uber. Buyers beware ☠️
