This is the very 1st time I've actually felt welcomed at a car dealership. Everyone at your Lester Glenn made me feel comfortable. Not once was i felt pressured into buying anything. This is my second time getting my vehicle here. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Both times I worked with Justin Friedland and he is the best! I’ll be back to see Justin when I’m ready for my next vehicle.
I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership . When I purchased my 2020 Durango in 2021 I was never informed it was registered as a fleet vehicle therefore I was paying a higher insurance rate . A month ago my radiator basically exploded so 1200.00 later and now my car has been making a strange noise and I took it in today for a “ diagnostic check” and let me remind you my car is 4 years old . 3 hours later and $350.00 I was told I need a new engine to the tune of 11,000.00 !
