Possibly the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. I called Monday for an appointment with Paul for my mom to trade in her car. A lady called me yesterday to confirm my appointment with Paul at 415 today. I walked in, no one said hi to me just a very rude receptionist that said "yeah", I asked to see Paul she told me Paul doesn't work here today lol... For my first service with my new car purchase, service was not great. I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30am and brought the car in early around 7:30am. When I called at 1:30pm to see what the status was, the car was not even looked at. I needed an oil change and a nail in tire. I got a call at 3:30pm saying my car was done but they did not tell me the service department closed at 4pm. Was not happy.
The service department seemed great, but after that, it all falls apart! I just can't because the detail wouldn't be believeable AND it's totally because customer service (Kate) practices customer service when it suits her!
Matt adams was the best. We got a Trax RS2 after all his patience with us. My wife went in with the worst opinion of car sales people as anyone could have. She no longer feels that way. We were not thinking of doing anything at this time but Matt did a wonderful job understanding our circumstances.
