Sold me a certified pre-owned Crosstrek and within hours of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on with a slipping transmission and very hot engine. Buyer beware and watch the finance, they will try to squeeze every single penny out of you. I would never recommend this dealership to another woman. And do not go alone, there are predatory practices in place. You've been warned.
As always, I had a great experience buying my used car at Lester Glenn Mazda. I went in and found a car that I was looking for. Mike Ruvo did a great job when it came to doing all of the paperwork from start to finish. It was a pleasure having him as my salesman. This is my second car that Mike has helped me purchase. Twas a Saturday morning. Asked if they can please check my battery/alternator. Had someone to jump me that morning. I called my brother in law, and he said what ever you do don't shut it off that it could be the alternator. The lady told me I had to leave the car and it would cost over $200.00.
