I was having questions/issues with a Summit II battery charger I bought on line so I called Lester Electrical tech support and spoke to a real person, Bill. He was great, he answered all my questions and walked me through some simple testing and decided my charger was defective. Without hesitation he said he would send another unit out right away. I bought a new battery charger for my old Club Car and after hooking it up I thought I had some issues so I called tech services. They answered the phone in a couple rings and I spoke to a real person in the USA that spoke English. I spoke to a guy named Bill who answered and explained all my questions and concerns very clearly. I was very impressed with the prompt service and I wasn't on hold for 20 minutes, or more, and then trying to explain and understand someone in another country who was reading from FAQ.
