Stay away. After telling my story to the psychiatrist, Julia Korsunsky, CNP, (she told me she was a psychiatrist) told me there was nothing, no options for help. And she actually told me there wasn't any hope in my situation. It's dangerous, irresponsible and unprofessional. Thank god I have family around me to help me, and encourage me to keep looking for help. These people should not be around vulnerable people.
