Was told the issue with the air con was wear and tear to replace valves - big expense - over $1000 - only to find out 2 months later it had nothing to do with it, air con issues remain and was a waste of money. New contractor now engaged who has determined the issue.

Four weeks have gone by, and I *STILL* haven't heard back from them about a quote for a simple data cabling job. Every time I call them to find out what is happening, they keep saying they are "still waiting to hear back from equipment suppliers", which is complete BS. What, you can't find a 50 m roll of Cat 5 or Cat 6 cable? JayCar is just down the road FFS! The guy that came to quote said that he could've done the job right then and there if he didn't have another quote to do that day, so they are basically full of crap. I... read more
