Seeing my new PCP Dr. Lesser, my first visit was short and sweet. My 2nd visit, not so much. Let me start with the first red flag; Dr. Lesser told me that he believes everything the CDC says. which is I suppose his own belief. I went for my initial appointment, and he seemed extremely rushed and disinterested. I brought paperwork to my appointment, in which he didn't look at and seemed to care less about. He asked a few questions in regards to my health history. Upon answering his questions, he either cut me off, or appeared to completely dismiss my answers. He asked the questions, though none of them appeared to be of any importance to him. Good service, efficient, friendly,good humor makes for a great visit.
Dr. Lesser is personable and thorough. He is a great doc for those looking for a physician who is a good diagnostician and remembers who you are.
My husband and I were patients of Dr Lesser for many years, although we have now retired and moved to FL. He is very compassionate as well as knowledgeable and always up to date with medicine. His bedside manner is perfect for a family doctor, courteous and casual. I imagine children and teens like his manner as well because he sometimes suggests a bit of dark chocolate as good medicine, and can even tell you where to find the best! Dr, Lesser and his staff are excellent. His bedside manner is great, he cuts to the chase and provides information needed to make decisions about serious health concerns. His entire staff from the front desk to the back exam rooms are always courteous and considerate. Appointments, billing & insurance are also well dealt with. Nice to have a place to go that is not tied to "big business".
This doctor & his staff are beyond 5 stars! Compassionate, thorough,& kind. Various family members treated over the years: there is not another practice we would even consider. His nursing staff & nurse practioners are always courteous & respectful. Support staff is efficent, insurance questions handled, billing explained, etc. The consideration shown to young children with first office visits for shots, etc as well as the patience shown to elderly patients - wonderful! Professional class!
Been seeing Dr.Lesser since mid 90's. Has always been a thorough doctor. He takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. His staff is friendly,compassionate and caring. Ive not ever had a problem here. I think its always best to write down questions one may have. As I always appreciate talking with him, he cant talk to me all day, as he works hard he has other patients who need him too. Thanks for being there for my family & I!!!
