Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this pulmonologist thoroughly explain your treatment's risks and benefits? I think so Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this pulmonologist thoroughly explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pulmonologist's office? Yes Did this pulmonologist use excessive foul language? No Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! They are constantly late to all my appointments. I always show up on time, but they don't show up for at least an hour. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. Dont make him mad. This doctor holds a grudge.
