A year ago, I paid for a promotional package of multiple massages. I went to the first session and didn’t like it at all. Despite that, I went to the second appointment, but the place was closed. I asked for a refund of about $600, but they never gave me my money back. I even tried disputing the charge with my bank, but the business provided evidence claiming everything was fine.
