I made an appointment and was told they had time to give me an oil change at 10.a.m.. I arrived at 9:45 and was told I was looking at a 2 hour wait because they are backed up! If you prioritize walk in visits for car servicing why schedule an appointment for some one? This was a waste of my time my gas and mileage on my new vehicle! Thanks for nothing!! At this point AI could give better customer service!!!
Service is a rip off. Told 1 price and get there to be charged different price. Had truck all day for a job that should've only taken 1 hour. Would not recommend. Told they would they would try to reduce and then walked away without doing anything about it.
