Good experience overall. Only exception: two very unfriendly and discourteous shuttle drivers who certainly didn’t leave me feeling like a valued customer.
I was quoted an estimate of an hour wait time for an oil change that came out to two hour wait the technician left grease hand marks around the truck and on the steering wheel and adjusted the climate control in the truck. Being a technician before we did not adjust anything in the customer vehicle from seat to climate control radio or anything else we gave the car back in original condition or better not with greasy hand print and ac blasted….. needless to say I’m not impressed and also disappointed
On 2/28/25, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change to Leson Chevrolet in Harvey. Upon check-in I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I agreed. I was then told they could not rotate my tires because my lug nuts were swollen on all 4 tires and they could not get my tires off. I asked what was the cause and what was the remedy to this and they could not provide an answer to me because the service manager wasn't there. Sandy was very helpful. Kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and in less than an hour, I was out and very happy.
