Absolutely unacceptable. My mother, who is diabetic, went in today for a routine visit and blood work, only to walk out with blood all over her shirt. When I asked her what happened, she told me that the technician used the wrong needle, pulled it out, and caused excessive bleeding. Instead of handling the situation properly, they simply told her to "apply pressure." I immediately called to demand an explanation, and the manager’s response? Dismissive. Prepare to spent 2 hr there’s to be fully attended.
The staff is very friendly, they make you feel at ease. Then Dr Honore is also friendly, informative and as never made us feel like just another patient or like he is rushing through my visit to go see the next patient. I’ve been his patient for several years now and I haven’t had not one bad experience. I highly recommend Dr Honore and his staff.
Made appointment showed up and the doors were locked. I called and was informed that the office was closed. Very unprofessionally run office.
