During my recent first time visit for me and my 14 year-old son the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, Super clean and very professional dental clinic. Dr. Stephanie Fung was detailed and warmly pleasant, especially with my son who has many teeth issues. She was re-assuring and proactive and threw in a dose of humour too to make the visit even better. She has the latest state of the art dental technology for in-depth analysis and timely results. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable visit at this dental office. The dentist had a poor bedside manner—barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain what was happening, and seemed impatient throughout the appointment. What bothered me most was how rough she was during the cleaning. It felt rushed and aggressive, and I left with soreness that lasted well into the next day. I’ve been to five different dental clinics in the past decade (mainly due to job location change), Leslieville Dentistry is the clinic where I’ve had the most pleasant and positive experience. The staff are very friendly. The hygienist, Rahel is very gentle and always does a super good job. I was at the clinic today for my routine cleaning, again I was very impressed with the service here.
Very rough … (the roughest compared to any dentist we’ve ever been to)
