Closed on Sundays? When you operate a home-improvement type of store, closing in the weekends is silly from a business perspective. Imagine how much profits this place loses in a weekend when homeowners repair and maintain their pools! While I was sitting here typing this review out, two other potential customers walked up to their door and walked away after seeing they were closed.
My store closed. Went to this location. Saw one employee who didn't acknowledge when I walked in and said Good morning. There were 3 other customers. I waited about 15 minutes than I walked out. Never responded. Not when I walked in or when I walked out.
No crowded. Helpful and friendly.
I sent to repair my pool cleaning machine and it's like new. I am happy with Leslie pool's service and their products are of excellent quality. And your Manager Kevin is an excellent person dedicated to offering excellent customer service and technical service. Super grateful. Thank you again. Helpful and friendly associate. A lot of Leslie’s store have closed and my neighbor are now going to other closer pool stores.
