Very friendly and efficient staff. I went in yesterday to have my pool water tested, they showed me the products I needed, and by this morning my pool water was crystal clear!
I tried to do a return at this store with my original receipt. He refused to take the return. Wanted me to take it to the Leslie’s store I originally purchased it at. This was done despite the receipt saying the items can be returned to any store.
I came to the store in Temecula at 5pm, to find a sign ( to be back in 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes, then left. Had to quickly drive to other side of town to get supplies. This is very bad customer service. Thanks for wasting my time.
