I've been coming here for my pool needs for 25 years. The staff has always been helpful. I appreciate that they will test the water for free and provide you with the chemicals that you need. Sometimes there's a wait, but that's the nature of retail. Sometimes buying products online with other companies is cheaper, but I have found annoying issues with deliveries of chemicals where someone needs to be present to accept delivery.
