I merely wanted to buy a Jandy Valve O ring and I showed the picture to the staff. He pretended that there is no such parts in the Glendora store and advised me to Lu Puente Store, which is 15 miles away. I knew that he just wanted me not to bother me and tried to fool me. Another employee said that he is at lunch and refused my question. This store is hopeless. Finally I got the o ring on amazon.
