MAGGIE ROCKS!!! We have had a disaster with a strainer cover, preventing us from running our pump. No one in the area has one. Maggie got on the phone called around and found one for us. She spent 15 or 20 minutes helping us out. She has saved us a bunch of money in algicide which we would endure if we went five days longer with no pump, not to mention, sparing us the disappointment of our grandkids who would go nuts if they didn’t have a pool for their visit.Now *that* is premium customer service! I took my pool sweep for repairs weeks ago (6-8 weeks). They keep saying that they are waiting for parts. I called again today and the man at the 290 location said he would look around and call me back. Not only did he not call back, now no one answers the phone. I’m going to the store to retrieve my sweep and take it somewhere else. Hopefully they haven’t lost it
