My pool was totally out of balance. Not only did Leslie’s test the water, the manager went over options on what chemicals to use to get the pool chemically right. Excellent advice!
I don’t usually like spending money at pool shops however, the manager Brayan at this location has changed my opinion on the company. He really knows what he is talking about and can answer basically every single question I have when I’m in the shop. Just called today looking for parts for my suction side Polaris 340 (which is rare and does not exist anymore) but he pointed me in the right direction and I was able to just find a better newer unit. Really appreciated Ty, while flying solo, took the time to repair a piece of equipment that I just couldn’t complete, and he was helpfully courteous. The Carrollton location exceeded my expectations!
