Went in last weekend to look for a hand held pool vacuum. The model on display was clearly not what they were selling. The salesperson said it was the newer model, but it was a totally different brand and looked completely different than the photo on the box. I told the salesman I wanted to look at the filter canister to see if the size would fit my needs. If I could leave zero stars I would. An older tall gentleman who seems to be around his late 40s/ early 50s is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Yelling at a woman for no reason, shouting and harassing her is so unprofessional and very unacceptable.
