Great service. Knowledgeable.
The manager behind the counter spent a long time trying to get the water just right so that he could properly test my salt cell. Even though it was bad he told me that it had a 4 year warranty, and when he tried to look it up the site was down. The VA Beach location is the best.
Usually a good experience here but idk about today. I’m getting help from an employee with 1 item we return to the counter ( card in hand ) a gentleman walks in with a water sample and my sales associate directs me to wait at another register while he proceeds to do a full water sample as I waited. That was rude. I did so patiently but I let the guy know I felt a little disrespected by his actions when he was all done with his sampling. All good but hopefully no one else has to go through that.
Always consistent with testing and recommendations for pool water.
