I went there in early March taking a water sample, afterwards they said I needed several items and would get a better price to bundle. I left the store buying over $275.00 in supplies and followed their directions. My pool was still cloudy so in April, I took another sample and was given additional instructions and spent over $300. Bought a pentair DE filter from Leslie’s. kept proof of purchase. It cracked after eleven months of use. It was properly installed as per Leslie’s own tech upon inspection. They refused to honor the 1 year warrantee. I cannot recommend Leslie’s pool Supply to anyone who wants fair treatment. Called pentair and they refused to intervene even though it was their faulty product, saying it was Leslie’s call to make. I’m done with both of them after thirty years as a customer. My last Pentair filter lasted 25 years.
Can a manager call on on this location. I frequent this location often for all of my pool needs. This morning Steve was the most unprofessional representative/employee. His actions were repulsive and should be addressed immediately. Check the cameras you will be shocked!!!!!
